I have Windows 10, a Belkin N300 USB dongle (Atheros 802.11ac) and it installed without a problem. But in your case it is very likely that it will fail to install.
Non-immunologic defects in C3-deficient mice.
C3-deficient mice were characterized by a complete lack of serum complement activity and no detectable serum immunoglobulins. Although immune lymphocytes from C3-deficient animals were capable of generating an antibody response following immunization with SRBC, they were incapable of mounting an antibody response following immunization with T-dependent antigens or thymus-dependent antigens. In addition, analysis of the T-cell receptor V beta expression pattern on C3-deficient animals revealed that CD4+ cells from these animals also lacked CDR3 length heterogeneity, and were defective in their ability to proliferate in response to a mixture of anti-CD3 mAbs or to produce IL-2 in response to phorbol esters. Finally, C3-deficient animals were resistant to an intraperitoneal challenge with Schistosoma mansoni eggs. However, when eggs were introduced orally, an anti-egg antibody response was generated in C3-deficient animals.
